I’ve paid money in - why isn’t it showing as available cash?
Money you’ve paid into your ISA or Dealing account by debit card or instant bank transfer should show in your account straight away. If it doesn’t, please refresh the page and log out and in again. If it doesn’t appear after that, get in contact with us by:

If you're paying into your SIPP, the fastest way is by debit card. Your money will be in your account straight away, ready to invest. To do this, just log in and select ‘Single payment’.
Money paid in by direct debit will be taken from your registered bank account on the first working day of the month. It will show in your account three to five working days later.
If you have a Cash savings hub with us, money paid into your transaction account by faster payments should be available on the same day.
