If I am a non-UK resident, can I transfer in an existing ISA to you?

To transfer an existing ISA to AJ Bell, you need to be one of the following:

• A UK resident for tax purposes
• A Crown employee
• A spouse/civil partner of a Crown employee who is working overseas

As such, non-UK residents generally cannot transfer ISAs to us.
