How does the pension finding service work?

Our free Pension finding service looks for a wide range of pensions you might hold. You can search for as many pensions as you’d like. Just click ‘Add more pensions’ from your Pension finder dashboard.
Once you’ve submitted your pension search, we’ll start looking. The process usually takes four to six weeks, though response times can vary depending on the pension provider.
We’ve partnered with pension specialist Raindrop to help with your search. We’ll keep you up to date throughout the process. Once we’ve finished the search, we’ll send you an email from ajbell@myraindrop.co.uk. You can also log in to your Pension finder dashboard to check in on how your searches are going.
