Skills and expertise: Peter is a qualified chartered accountant and brings to the Board financial expertise and commercial strength. As CFO, he has responsibility for the financial management of the business and for leading engagement with the Group’s key shareholders. Prior to joining AJ Bell, Peter was a Financial Services Audit and Assurance Partner at Deloitte LLP (‘Deloitte’) and was the lead audit partner for several large listed financial services organisations. He also led Deloitte’s financial services audit and assurance practice in the UK regions from 2017 to 2021.
