Skills and expertise: Margaret brings to the Board expertise in finance, risk, and strategy from her successful career in financial and professional services. Having spent seven years as a consultant for Deloitte and leading the financial services consulting business for Charteris, Margaret brings commercial strength and experience in leading transformational change. Margaret gained significant financial services insight during her roles as Chief Operations Officer and Chief Information Officer for divisions within some of the World's largest banks, including Bank of America, and Royal Bank of Scotland. She is a former Non-Executive Director of OneSavings Bank plc and Nucleus Financial Group plc.
